Ticket prices & sales phases
Those who buy early benefit twice: during the Super Early Bird phase, the NÖ Bergerlebnispass offers unbeatable value, and children up to 15.99 years even receive the pass free of charge.
The child rate applies if the child has not yet reached the age of 16 (or the age of 11 for the Family Bonus). The relevant date is the date of purchase.
Children to 15,99 years € 170.-
When purchasing 1 adult pass, all children in the family group up to 10.99 years receive a free pass.
When purchasing 2 adult passes, all children in the family group up to 15.99 years receive a free pass.

How many NÖ Bergerlebnispass season passes are available?
The number of NÖ Bergerlebnispass season passes is limited to 15,000.
What is a family group?
For children under the age of 16 when purchasing 2 adult passes, or under the age of 11 when purchasing 1 adult pass, the Family Bonus can be used during the Super Early Bird phase. The relevant date is the date of purchase.
Which age counts for the Family Bonus?
The decisive factor is the child’s age on the day of purchase. If your child turns 11 or 16 only after the purchase, the free NÖ Bergerlebnispass remains valid for the entire winter season.
My child has a birthday during the winter season. Do I then need to buy a children’s pass?
No. Example: Your child is 10 years old at the time of purchase and turns 11 in December. They still qualify for the Family Bonus at the time of purchase and can use the free pass for the entire season. The same applies when purchasing two adult passes if your child turns 16 after the purchase.
How do I order if my child turns 11 or 16 during the season?
In this case, please order your NÖ Bergerlebnispass via the order form. This allows us to correctly take your child’s age at the time of purchase into account and apply the Family Bonus accordingly.
Is there a discount for people with disabilities?
People with a disability of 70% or more (proof required) receive the Reduced Adult / Reduced Child rate, which is approximately 50% off the full price.
If an accompanying person is officially listed on the disability ID, or in the case of a 100% disability, the accompanying person receives a free day ticket for the respective resort. Proof of disability must be copied or scanned and provided for billing purposes.
Can I load the NÖ Bergerlebnispass onto an existing keycard?
Yes, but only onto an existing NÖ Bergerlebnispass keycard from previous years. A special keycard is required in order to use the NÖ Bergerlebnispass to its full extent.
It is therefore not possible to load the pass onto a different keycard.
Online, you can load your new NÖ Bergerlebnispass directly onto an existing BEP Keycard at all ski resorts with an online shop. When purchasing, simply enter the Keycard number from the back of your card under “Medium”.
You can return functioning old keycards at the ski resorts. Keep your new NÖ Bergerlebnispass keycard and use it again next year.
How long is the NÖ Bergerlebnispass valid?
The NÖ Bergerlebnispass is valid from the first operating day of the winter season at any of the participating ski resorts until the last operating day of the winter season at any of the participating ski resorts. Information about operating times can be found on the resorts’ websites.
I forgot / lost my NÖ Bergerlebnispass. What can I do?
Please go directly to the ticket office of one of the participating ski resorts. Your NÖ Bergerlebnispass will be blocked and a new pass will be issued. A processing fee of EUR 25 plus a EUR 5 deposit fee for the keycard will be charged.
I can no longer ski for the rest of the season due to illness or injury. Is a refund possible?
Please note that the date on which the ski pass is returned is decisive for any refund. Any refunds granted are purely discretionary goodwill payments and do not establish any legal entitlement for the future.
A refund is only granted in the event of injuries related to skiing accidents or illness. A specialist medical certificate or accident report, as well as the NÖ Bergerlebnispass, must be submitted.
A refund is excluded in all cases where the pass has already been used on 10 days or more.
For each day of skiing already used, the following amount will be deducted:
Adults € 54 / Children € 33
A refund is excluded if the pass has been used after 28 February.
No refund is possible after 31 March.
For the processing of a pro-rata refund, a processing fee of € 25 per ticket will be charged and deducted from the refund amount.
If an adult pass is returned, any children’s passes issued free of charge in combination with that pass must generally also be returned. Any second adult pass cannot be refunded in this context.
Refund of unused season passes:
If the season pass has not been used at all during the entire season due to an injury or illness that occurred only after the pass was purchased, the purchase price will be refunded. A processing fee of € 25 per ticket will also be charged in this case. Otherwise, the same conditions apply as for a standard refund.
Are the previous season pass products of the individual ski resorts still available?
Some of the previous season pass products are being replaced by the NÖ Bergerlebnispass. The existing season pass networks “Skiland Voralpen” (Annaberger Lifte, Gemeindealpe Mitterbach, Bürgeralpe Mariazell) and “Ybbstaler Alpen Wintercard” (Hochkar Bergbahnen, Ötscherlifte, Maiszinken, Königsberg), together with Erlebnisalm Mönichkirchen, Semmering Hirschenkogel and Wexl Arena St. Corona am Wechsel, are combined in the new “NÖ Bergerlebnispass” season pass network.
